About Hematite

Magnetic Separation Process
After the crushing, the hematite is ground by a ball mill and turned into powdery material. The pulp is classified by spiral classifier, and the unqualified material is sent to the ball mill for grinding until it becomes the required granularity. The particles are then sent to a magnetic separator for magnetic separation, and the concentrate is sent to a rotary dryer for drying, and finally, a dried finished concentrate is obtained.
